In the Real World

Oxen are quadrupedal animals with two upright horns and very short fur.

In the Lion Guard

The only oxen seen so far is a dull brown, with a cream underbelly, a grey snout and two white horns.

History

Eye of the Beholder

During Outta the Way, an ox appears as one of the animals that Janja, Cheezi and Chungu fantasize eating.

Beware the Zimwi

Timon mentions an ox when he explains that his Ma's cousin's friend knows an ox who told him that he ran into the Zimwi and got eaten by it.

Timon and Pumbaa's Christmas

Pumbaa mentions an ox who heard of Christmas who told a yellow wagtail and flying reindeer.

Nyuni calls Bupu an ox, which upsets him.

Trivia

Although Oxen have appeared in the show, a ox appears in Bunga the Wise (book) and Eye of the Beholder.
