Hakuna Matata is a song sung by Simba, his family, and the Lion Guard to the elephants. It is featured in the episode Bunga and the King.
Prior to The Lion Guard[]
After the death of his father Mufasa caused by his uncle Scar Simba runs away. Simba meets Timon and Pumbaa in the Jungle and learns all about Hakuna Matata.
History[]
When lost in Nandembo Caverns, Bunga begins to sing it as a way of cheering himself up. When Simba hears it, he too begins to join in, allowing the pair to find each other in the caverns.
Due to getting lost in the caverns after a sink hole, he misses the elephant concert and he shares a song with them that means a lot to his family.

- At one point, Howy Parkins stated that "we're not doing Hakuna Matata".[1]
- This song was originally song in the Lion King movie, and it is being sung again. It was first introduced by Timon and Pumbaa to Simba and teaching him about their "no worry" Philosophy.
- Simba, Timon and Pumbaa can be seen walking on a log during the Wisdom on the Walls, which is the same scene from Hakuna Matata.
