During A Beautiful Day (Ni Siku Nzuri), as a giraffe is running, its lower body is missing. This is the first mistake of the series.

Return-of-the-Roar (185)
Return-of-the-Roar (191)
Return-of-the-Roar (195)

When Cheezi reveals himself to Bunga, his ears are pointed rather than rounded. Chungu's ear notches are flipped for the entire scene, while Cheezi's are often flipped, though occasionally correct. Cheezi is also shown once with two of the same notches on either ear, though they should be different.

Return-of-the-Roar (204)
As he uses the Roar of the Elders for the first time, Kion's mane is colored differently, including a slim streak of orange. His underbelly is darker than his muzzle and his ears are much smaller than they should be.
Return-of-the-Roar (205)
After using his Roar of the Elders for the first time, Kion's sclerae are briefly colored white instead of yellow.
Return-of-the-Roar (264)

Scar-eyes
Scar's eyes are shown as red in some paintings, green in one, and white in others.
Return-of-the-Roar (300)
Return-of-the-Roar (306)
Scar's scar is primarily shown to be across his left eye. But in one image, it's across his right, and in another, it's absent entirely.

When the flock of egrets swoops across, they all use Ono's model.
Return-of-the-Roar (497)

At the end of Zuka Zama, Bunga's black eyebrows briefly turn white, outlined in bright blue.
Return-of-the-Roar (607)
At one point in Tonight We Strike, Cheezi's ear notches are flipped.
Cheezichungudupes
When Janja and his clan move in to strike the gazelles, Chungu's face model is used three times, and on another hyena, whose face is strikingly similar to Cheezi's, is also present. When they move closer to the gazelles, these duplicate hyenas have been replaced with the rest of Janja's Clan.
Kions-lament-mark
During Kion's Lament, Kion's Mark of the Guard appears on the inside of his right foreleg, despite it not having reappeared on his shoulder since he used the Roar of the Elders.
Return-of-the-Roar (889)
Return-of-the-Roar (918)
Blue-dot2
In a few scenes, as Ono flies overhead, he is shown without his Mark of the Guard despite having been given it already.
Return-of-the-Roar (892)
In one of his final scenes, Ono's body is shown with no legs.
Return-of-the-Roar (835)
Towards the end, one of the ring marks on Fuli's right leg vanishes. In addition, her spots are overlapping her underbelly and her shoulder is missing the Mark of the Guard entirely.
Return-of-the-Roar (878)
Like Ono, Fuli's Mark of the Guard also disappears during the final battle.
Mzingo-eyebrow
Right before Mzingo falls in a bush his eyebrows are white and blue instead of black.
Fuli-mark-wrong
When Fuli chases the hyenas around in a circle, her Mark of the Guard is on the wrong side. It also overlaps her circle marking.

Return-of-the-Roar (889)
In one scene, Fuli's Mark of the Guard and the ring appear simultaneously, with the Mark overlapping the ring.
