Rafiki told a story to the Young Hare, detailing the story of a creature known as "the Zimwi". Although the tale frightened the pair, they were intrigued by his storytelling.

Young Hare are allies with all of the members of the Lion Guard. When he thought he saw the Zimwi the guard went after it.
Timon And Pumbaa[]
Young Hare are allies with Timon and Pumbaa. Timon tells them a little more about the zimwi which caused Young Hare to be scared more. All though everything turned out fine at the end.
